Coaching Endorsement (Teacher Leader Cohort)

The CSD Coaching Endorsement is designed to develop and build coaching and leadership skills in teachers at the classroom, school, and district level. Cohort participants will work together through three USBE courses which, upon completion, will result in the opportunity to apply for the USBE Instructional Coaching Endorsement. 

This endorsement consists of three required courses. Two of the courses (listed below_ consiste of 8 in-person sessions that are held every other Wednesday from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Additional reading, job embedded activities, and coursework will be assigned as homework.

• Foundations of Instructional Coaching (September  - December)
• Adult Learning Theory (January - April)

The third course, Instructional Design and Assessment, is an asynchronous course that will be available for completion from May 2025 - August, 2025.

Note: CSD educators who are interested in participating in the CSD Coaching Endorsement must be recommended by their school or district administrator.
