PE/Playworks and Recess Resources

Our mission is to empower students with physical literacy—the ability, confidence, and desire to be active for life—through purposeful PE and safe and healthy play at recess. By blending Utah’s PE Core Standards with the Playworks philosophy, we promote safe, inclusive, and student-driven movement. Whether in structured PE lessons or during recess, our focus is on building teamwork, resilience, and respect. Explore our curriculum, guides, and resources designed to support all staff in creating active, engaging, and equitable environments for every learner.  The canvas course includes: PE curriculum resources, observation tools, training dates, recess resources and guidance.
